But it is important not to forget that powerful factories mainly do not open their representative offices in the regions, but work with local entrepreneurs. Which in turn are intermediaries between the manufacturer and end user. The entrepreneur’s price doesn’t differ from the factory’s, because he earns at the expense of dealer discounts, but...
The entrepreneur, who represents the factory, doesn’t invest own money into the production process, samples, advertising, booklets. On the one hand - it's good, but what does that mean for you as a furniture buyer? The representative does not have own material and technical basis, he just realizes products received from the factory ... and in case of any mistake of this entrepreneur, he tries to solve it at your expense, since the factory will not pay for someone else's mistake, and its representative has no financial and technical capabilities to solve a controversial issue. Therefore, all the burden of misunderstanding will fall on your shoulders, spoiling your time and nerves. There were times when people had to agree even on a different color of kitchen or countertop ...

We see the consequences of that, when customers come to us to order the rest of the furniture, after unsuccessfully made factory kitchen. Namely, the voids of 15-20 cm between the kitchenfurniture side and the wall are left, the final design is foolish, because of unaccounted gas pipes, meters and boiler. There was even a case, when people had to erect an additional wall in the corner of the kitchen, because the furniture manufacturer had no corner solution... That is horrible!!!
